At Vasl, we take quality seriously at every stage — from sourcing to packaging to delivery. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Our Products Are Perishable
Vasl chocolates are handcrafted, perishable food items. Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or subjective experience. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective as described below.
When You Are Eligible for a Return or Refund
We will accept a return or issue a refund only under the following conditions:
1. Product arrived physically damaged or broken The packaging or chocolate itself was damaged during transit — crushed box, broken seals, melted product due to courier mishandling.
2. Wrong product was delivered You received a product that does not match what you ordered.
3. Product was not delivered Your order was marked as delivered by the courier but was never received, and the matter has been escalated with the courier company.
When You Are NOT Eligible for a Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- The product has been opened or partially consumed
- The damage was caused after delivery (mishandling, improper storage, heat exposure after receipt)
- The claim was not raised within the required timeframe (see below)
- The order was refused at the door by the customer (for COD orders)
- The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
- The product's effect or results did not meet personal expectations — Vasl is a herbal-infused food product, not a pharmaceutical. Individual results vary and are influenced by factors beyond our control.
How to Raise a Claim
If your order qualifies under the eligible conditions above, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vaslchocolate.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Attach clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product, including the outer packaging and shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours of the delivery timestamp, or without supporting evidence, will not be processed.
Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
Prepaid orders (card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer): The refund will be reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Since payment was made in cash, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. You will be required to provide your account details upon approval. Processing time is 5–7 business days from the date you provide your details.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
COD Orders — Important Notice
For orders placed on Cash on Delivery, please note:
- If a delivery attempt is made and the order is refused or returned unaccepted, no refund will be issued. The order will be considered a completed transaction from our end.
- To avoid issues, please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and reachable.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If your claim is approved, it will be resolved through a refund or a replacement shipment at our discretion.
