Section 3 — Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on vaslchocolate.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Debit and credit card (via our payment partners)
• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa
• Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where:

• A product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error
• We suspect fraudulent activity or repeated order abuse
• A COD order cannot be verified through our confirmation process
• Stock is unavailable after order placement

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Section 4 — COD Orders and Order Confirmation

For orders placed on Cash on Delivery, the following conditions apply:

• All COD orders are subject to a mandatory verification call or WhatsApp message from our team before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed within the timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy may be cancelled.
• Placing a COD order is a commitment to accept and pay for the delivery. Repeated refusals of COD orders by the same customer may result in COD being suspended for that contact and future orders being restricted to prepaid methods only.
• We reserve the right to decline COD as a payment option for specific locations, order values, or customers at our discretion.

Section 5 — Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout — including your name, delivery address, phone number, and order selection — is accurate and complete. Vasl is not liable for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Any corrections to order details must be requested immediately by emailing info@vaslchocolate.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or handed to the courier.

Key principle: Vasl products are perishable food items. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, as defined in our Return and Refund Policy.
